Cannot Query Host Spool

Hi all,

During the last week I have found this error message in the system log (SM21):

Cannot Query Host Spool

Here is some additional information from the log:

Process: Output formatter No. 019

User: SAPSYS

Program: RSPOWP00

Problem cl.: SAP Web AS Problem

Does anyone know what this means? And perhaps how to correct it...?

Hi MV

Probably this is coming from the faulty printer configuration or due to error in connectivity between your SAP system and the OS printer. If you have a printer configured, you can do the following.

First step would be to check the availibility of printer.

Secondly you can check for any problem in printer configuration.

Check through Tcode SPAD.

If you are new to printer config please check SAP's course material ADM100.
