Cannot import the extractor

Hi expert,

I try to load BI content from ECC to SQL Server 2012 with Data Services 4.2 Pack 5. I use ODP Object for read content while I import ODP object to datastore I found error "Cannot import the extractor name=0FI_GL_12" follow image below

I go to ECC for check valid object in ROOSATTR. It's active already.

How to solve this problem? Thank you for your advise.

If they have installed all the necessary function modules then raise a ticket with SAP Support team.

Hi Arun,

Thank you for the response, I have tried as per the suggestion but unable to fix the issue and mean while have updated the NWRFC_38-20004568.sar file still facing the same issue.
