Edit: the following now happens with various live connection models. The queries are based on different BW object types.
Edit 2 (26.11.2021): blending acts the same way when I try to blend BW live connection model with imported file directly in the story or with another model. based on Google drive import.
Hello,
I have problem blending data using a live connection model on a particular composite provider. Our system is BW 7.5 on Hana, SP 16 (last updated in Jan. 2020 with the most recent stable version by that date). We are using only live connection models. And, also, I am with the latest version of Chrome (86.0.4240.193 Official Build)
Blending basically works, but not with models based on queries from one specific CP. Its structure is attached

Let's say i want to put a table on a canvas page. When I first add the main model in a story it loads fine. I can link it with any other model - still no errors. But when I try to add measures or dimensions from the second model, the fields from the main one disappear and the table is filled with the measures and dimensions of the second model.
The log from Chrome's developer tools says Error during extraction.

InfoObject ZCKF_COUNT_SD_1 indeed included in the source query. I tried deleting the model and creating it again - it's the same. This error comes even if I use another query, which is based on the same CP.
I made separate models using queries on each of the InfoProviders . When I link them in a story everything blends just fine.
We have another composite provider, containing only the first two objects from the problematic one - blending works as well. I compared the main settings of the two CPs and I didn't find a difference.
The BW user I am using is with SAP ALL profile, and the SAC user is system owner so I don't think the problem is connected with authorizations.
I'll very happy if someone could help. I've searched in the community for something similar but I couldn't find a solution.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Ivelina,
Can you share a screenshot of how you blended the models in SAP Analytics Cloud?
Kind regards,
