Though the SAP Cloud Connector service in running, I cannot access the Administration site on https://localhost:8443/.
I have installed JDK-10 and my machine runs Windows 7.
Please help.

I would suggest that you use the SAP JVM which you can download from https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/#cloud. I think JDK 10 isn't supportet yet by Cloud Connector.
