cannot access public cloud

I have been trying to enter SAP public cloud and I get this error 

if I use any laptop other than mine I do not get that error

did anyone face the same problem ? and actually solved it ?

For the said error as per your screen shot which talks about an issue RelayState configuration. So, you need to check with Basis and Security teams (the tags I added here) multiple teams are involved in this.

To resolve that error, I suggest you do the following:

• First, clear your browser cache or cookies for your SAP domains.
• Then, consider trying incognito or private mode or a different browser.
• Next step will be to Verify your laptop’s date and time is correct.
• Thereafter, temporarily disable browser extensions.
• Please also check if VPN, proxy, or firewall is blocking SAML requests.
• Finally, you should fully log out from all SAP sessions before retrying.

If these steps do not resolve it, involve your organization's IT to review your laptop’s security or network policies.
