Hello,
I am supposed to perform a demo system conversion from SAP ERP to S/4HANA. For this I am currently using the solution "System Conversion Landscape SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA" in SAP CAL. While doing so, I have completed all the prerequisite work and am now in step 5, the technical conversion of the system. Unfortunately, when using the SUM, the "migration key" (p. 13 of the documentation in step 5) given in the documentation is not accepted and throws me an error message (see picture).

Have any of you possibly had the same problem and know a solution for it? Neither I nor my company can generate a new migration key, since for temporary licenses the authorization for this is missing.
For a quick and helpful answer I would be really grateful!
Thanks in advance,
Valerie

Hello Valerie, please follow the instructions as indicating in the helping materials. Installation number: 0000000000 must be selected, not INITIAL, then the migration key will work.
Please note that we cannot provide any further support through this forum, but you are welcome to join our currently running https://open.sap.com/courses/s4h19-1 course where we have a discussion forum as well and questions around our CAL solution are more than welcome.
Thanks a lot and best regards,
Thomas

Hello Thomas,
thanks for your answer, however the instructions do not say anything about the installation number nor the license. I have already tried to install another license, but then the installation number changes and the migration key is no longer accepted at all. Is there perhaps another way to solve this problem?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Valerie
