CA Introscope Enterprise Manager issue in Solman Basic Configuration

Hi Experts,

When I am doing basic configuration in solution manger 7.1. I am facing a issue like below:

In Configure CA Introscope, Import Existing Installation is not getting active.

Can anybody please help to solve the issue.

Hi All,

Thanks for your reply.

I have restarted the server and start the Tx. Solman_setup and after the start the CA Wily Introscope , now it is activated.

Is the wily services running..?Have you started the Wily EM..?

Go to expert mode and paste the screen shot.

Hi Raj,

Pls check the following:

• Introscope has been installed.
• Enterprise manager is running.
• SMD agent on Solution manager is running or not

If EM is not running, start the EM.

On a unix box, the command is ./EMctrl.sh start from the bin directory.

Click on Edit button to get the highlighted section activated.

Thanks for the quick response.

I have check all three point which you have mention above.

I am using Windows server and I have click on Edit button also.

Please let us know if any other possibility to highlight that one.

do you get any message when you click on Edit button?

Something like " a session is already opened". If yes, close the other session.

One should get a screen as shown below after clicking on "Edit" button.
