BUP003 missing in tcode BP

Hi Experts,

We deployed SP 12 for SolMan 4.0 a week ago. Now that I'm trying to manually add new business partners type employee to system, I found out that BUP003 = Employee is no longer in the selection list.

I checked BUSD and the partner type is there but as I said it no longer shows up on the list when creating persons to BP.

I tired looking for notes to solve this issue and also search the internet. Most of them were more for solving deletion and partner determination procedure. No luck so far.

Has anyone of you come accross situation like this? Couldn't find prior thread from this forum either.

I'm very greatful for any hints that can help me solve the problem.

Check that the following entry appears in table T77S0

Sm30-->T77S0

HRALX HRAC X

HRALX PBPHR CREATE

Thank you for quick reply. The entries you mentioned are in the system.

Could it be that importing organization hierarchy and business partners from HR to Solution Manager could have "removed" BUP003 entry?

How can I have business partner replication and manual feed at the same time? Until we get the replication fixed, I need to do manual feed for Business Partners type employee (which is not on the list).

Hello,

This is what I found:

If employees are replicated from HR, role employee is automatically

created and cannot be maintained locally. This is the reason why if

HRALX PBPHR is ON, you cannot see BUP003 in transaction BP. Change it

to OFF or CREATE, and you will be able to do it.

if you are not replicating employees from an HR system, then

setting HRALX PBPHR should be OFF or CREATE. Then you will be able to

maintain role BUP003 Employee in transaction BP.

After completing the given config still BUP003 is missing from dropdown list in BP.
