BR0279E Return code 5

Dear All,

sometime ( not always ) backup oracle online_cons goes in error (red alert - return code 5 in dbacockpit ); analyzing the error i found this issue in the related brbackup log file :

BR0202I Saving init_ora BR0203I to B:\oracle\***\sapbackup\*** ... Which Patch Level and Version do you use? There was a Bug in older Patch Levels which failed with this. But now this is already addressed in the latest Patch Level.

In any case, is the permission okay for the spfile? Whoc is starting up the Database Instance and the Windows Service?
