Hi,

When a user tries to login through SAP, he is able to login to the Bex analyzer but when the same user tries to login with the same user id and pwd trough Bex it says incorrect pwd.

Can anyone explain me on how this issue can be resolved and what is the reason for this issue.

The clients, the user ids are all same, but you can't access bex while you try to login from bex analyzer but you are able to access bex from the SAP logon

Try taking help from your basis team if they can trace it.

not sure if web and analyzer uses the same ini file or different.

are you facing this issue on all the machines or with just your machine.

try to log in on a different machine and see if it works. also see if there are different INI files for web and anlyzer.

It is just a guess.

Hi,

May be BEx explorer addon didnt get installed properly in the system. Try to login in other PC, if it works then its front end issue.

Thanks

Hi Gaurav,

Can you tell me how i can access the INI files and how to analyze them.

Sushant,

It is through BW, all the credentials are same. Only some of the users are having this issue not all of them, it might even be frontend PC related. If it is frontend how can i solve it.

Thanks

karthik

Please clear that your user is access Bex Analyzer from SAP R3 or SAP BW -->RRMX.

In first case plz escalate this issue to BASIS as they should have to stop that access

In second there might be wrong selection in SAP logon Pad, Once click on BW Prdn select proper Client also check after clicking on System it show which system

Sushant
