Basic ICF services to activites?

what are basic sicf services to activities,Not for the launchpad and theme designer,remaining what else component have to activate.

Activate SICF Services for SAP Fiori Launchpad - Configuration of SAP Fiori Infrastructure - SAP Lib...

The link above should assist you in regards to the sicf services, you will need to activate the ICF services that correspond to the OData services, but I there are other services detailed in the link above that need to be activated.
