Hello,
Is there any automated process of notification setting that can be done to notify (like email a person) when a workflow is deactivated? I'm not aware of the reason why a particular custom and standard workflow is deactivated in our prod system and that's causing a lot of ramifications. And this is not the first time that it has been deactivated, so was wondering if any one can suggest if there is an automated process of notifying when a workflow is deactivated?
I really appreciate your time and would be waiting for your replies.
Thank you
KV.

Hi,
it is caused by the event-->Wf linkage in SWETYPV/SWE2
there's an option on the linkage where you can specify that in the case of event-->Wf linkage errors, the linkage should be disabled. You can also choose that in case of errors the linkage should remain.
This option is there because in critical processes, you don't want changes made to master data if things are wrong.
You can search what went wrong and if things are safe again, you can redeliver the events in SWEQADM.
Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
