Automatic Batch Determination in Consignment Issue

Hi Experts, 

I want to achieve automatic batch determination in consignment issue (CCIS order type) based on plant. For this, I have activated the batch determination for item category CIN. I have completed the config by doing the following:

1.Created a table with order type and plant, assigned it to strategy, strategy to procedure and lastly assigned the procedure to Sales Area and sales doc type. 

2. Maintained the record for the Sales doc type and plant

Now, while creating the order, i get the message "It was not possible to determine a batch"

Can you please help me determining a batch automatically in consignment issue.
