authorizations Issue

Our customer has S user (S-user ID: SPHONE_NUMBER) used to submit a request for the SOC report every year for external audit purposes.

This time, she is unable to complete the same process because she receives a message indicating that she does not have the required authorizations.

When she clicks on “Request Authorization,” the request is sent back to herself, and she is unable to approve it.

I have attached a screenshot of the section for which she requires access.

Could you please assist and grant her the necessary authorizations?
