Dear All,

I have recently download SAP Lumira 30 Days Trial Version.

After successfully installation, when I start SAP Lumira, it is asking for Key Code, I do not receive any key code in my mail account.

I think if we are using 30 days trial version then it will not ask any key for at least 30 days.

Please guide me for the same.

Also informing that,

Earlier I have installed SAP Visual Intelligence, before installing SAP Lumira I have uninstalled SAP VI.

Need your help.

Also request to moderators to consider this discussion, so that if key code is required then they will provide me.

Thanks & Regards.

It is more than a month and still not getting any solution not me only, here in thread many of us are facing same problem.

suggestions from Om,

Hi Harshil,Hi Lutz

Older license persists and there is no way we can extend trial license after expiry as Clarissa also explained. If you want to try SAP Lumira then,

Please clear following after uninstallation :

1. sapvi and .sapvi folders

2.application folder from install location.

install the latest Lumira build.you will get trial license of 30 day's as you were expecting.it will not interfere with older trial key.

Revert, if still you have issues.

Regards,

Om

not works.

Please any of us gets a solution then post it here.

Thanks & Regards.

Hi Harshil,

We are working on it.It is very specific to the system environment which was not seen during internal testing .We have not yet got all the input to investigate. If you can help with the inputs i had asked you via mail, we can sped up the process.

It is possible to enter Key code of SAP Lumira Personal Edition on Windows 7 64 bits but it is not easy.

First you have to activate the 'Administrator' account of your system.

To do this, go to Config Panel, Administration tools, Computer Management, Users.

Here you activate the 'Administrator' account and you define a password.

After that, windows key + R (or Execute command from Start menu)

Type 'CMD' to run the Windows Shell.

Go to the directory where you install SAP Lumira. In my case it was :

cd "C:\Program Files\SAP Lumira\Desktop"

And run the command :

runas /user:Administrator SAPLumira.exe

SAP Lumira should execute and the Enter Key Code button is not greyed !

Enter the key code.

Close SAP Lumira. Close the Shell command window.

You can now run SAP Lumira from your 'normal user' !!!

Have fun.

Hi Guillaume

i tried it immediatly (thank you for your explanations).

Now the following situation: i have administrator-rights on my windowsprofil. So i think, this is enough? I started the cmd and "runas" with Domain  "/user:USZ\nelu" instead of "/user:nelu"

(nelu = username, USZ = domain). Without domain there was an error (unknown user or password incorrect).

Maybe is this the problem? In the next step i do discuss with our pc-support about a possibility to run as administrator for pc (without domain) - can you check if this a difference if i use a pc-admin-account or a admin-account with domain-profil?

Thank you

Unfortunately you really have to use the 'Administrator' account and not another one.

I tried to execute the program with my normal user with administrator rights too and it does not succeed.

Hope this helps.

Thank you -> it works!

My user with admin-rights didnt work.

The user with admin-rights of my collegue from software support was able to start Lumira with active Keycode-button. So there are different admin-profiles in our companie. It's the first time that my admin-rights are not good.

Thank you and now i can have fun with Lumira
