API to retrieve SAP OSS Notes

Hello SAP Community,

Is there any public API available to retrieve SAP OSS Notes / SAP Notes programmatically in a machine-readable format, preferably JSON?

I am looking for a way to consume SAP Notes through an API for automation and analysis purposes, instead of accessing them only manually through the SAP for Me / Support Portal interfaces.

I would like to understand:

• whether such an API already exists for customers or partners
• whether it covers note content, metadata, or only recommendations
• whether SAP plans to expose such an API in the future
