thanks all,

i got the solution which is itext.

for downloading iText use this link

[http://www.lowagie.com/iText/download.html]

inside this u get current Release and from there select compiled code and there u get [# iText core: iText-2.1.2u.jar ] down load this jar and use it.

it will create pdf .
