Any difference between Master data and User master data ?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello ,
Master data remains unchanged for long period of time. It contains information that is always needed as it is.
For example, customer master data can contain their name, billing address and back details.
Similarly, user master data contains roles granted to the user. In this way, a user menu and authorizations for the activities contained in the user menu are assigned to the user. Only users who have a user master record can log on to the system.
Although authorization is a part of customizing data too.
Hope that was usefull.
Warm Regards,
Shantanu
