Agent Assignment in Workflow

Hi Experts,

I am working on standard workflow template WS20000077 to trigger overall release for PR workflow.

There is one rule defined in task TS20000159 for determining responsible person.

Inside this rule 20000026, there is one Function module which determines agents based on PR.

And under Agent same Rule number is given in order to determine agents.

But there is no agent assigned in workflow overview for PR in ME54N.

Please help me with this issue.

For example, are you absolutely that all of the other tags are applicable? Just because your question is about workflow doesn't mean you should apply every workflow tag. Members frown on over-tagging if the content isn't relevant to their interests, as the post will show up in their Q&A feeds and they get annoyed when the question isn't really about a tag that they follow.

Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit.

You can test the rule using SWAC. Just get the input parameters from the container in your workflow log, and debug to see what the issue is.
