ADT: Report Texts for Function Modules fail

Hi!

I'm trying to open report texts of a function module, specifically for the user exit, include, ZXWO1U03.

The report texts are located in report SAPLXWO1 and I've edited them in SAP-Gui, SE38, beforehand. 

Now, I would like to open them in ADT and compare all available texts with a second SAP system to synchronize them.

However, the Quick Assist as well opening the texts, in general, fail. Quick Assist crashes anyway and opening the report text from the project explorer opens the object, however, the content is empty!

Is my approach wrong or is it a general bug in ADT.

My ADT version is current as are all (SAP) plugins. The backend is a SAP 7.57 (2022) on-premise S/4.

The current lines of the text elements are, maybe ADT crashes because of some < > characters?

Same here. You say "in general, fail", do you mean it sometimes work, but for which programs? Any standard bug should be first reported to the SAP Support.

Do you know by any chance which component I've to use in OSS?

By "in general" and re-reading again, my wording was not the best 😉

Nevertheless, report or class texts open just fine as well as the Quick Assist can create new texts without any further issues.

Only this specific object and task crashes the QA.
