Adobe forms

I need step by step instructions on how to develop an adobe form where i need to print an internal table and do some calculations. I need to email or fax this adobe form also. Please help .

First make sure that all adobe setting are perfect. Please read this blog and complete these setting,

I have read the blog. I am not a basis person so finding it confusing. I have understood that i will require the role SAP_BC_FP_ICF . AM I corrct ? Without this role I can develop the interface , the form but cannot activate the form. Is it bcoz of this role.
