Adobe Form Print from SP01 error

Hi,

I am on S4 HANA 1610.

We have some adobe forms that are generated to spool. Now, when we go to SP01 and try to print the adobe form, it will popup the windows printing and for us to choose the print destination (Adobe PDF, XPS doc, One note, printer, etc..). After choosing the printer destination, in some computer it just results in nothing, some generated the Adobe form (if Adobe PDF destination is chosen) but when opened the file is either blank or error file is damaged.

When trying to print preview the document in SP01, it works just fine, printing from print preview is also fine. I've tried running program RSPO0020 fo troubleshooting. and download the pdf file to local, and actually the file displays just fine in local. How to troubleshoot further?

Hi,

you need to create a File printer on Windows level as per KBA #576973 and select this for saving the file on the frontend.
