Adding query in business objects

Hi,

Could anyone help me with the business objects query panel please. I'm a total newbie with this system and i'm trying to edit a query search my prior boss unsed.

I am trying to add a VAT Value column to the query panel, but when i run, this column has not been added.

Am i doing anything incorrectly?

This is by design. Whenever you add objects to query and refresh the query for the first time, only those objects would be added to the table. Any subsequent addition of objects to the WebI query, you won't find them getting automatically added to the WebI report display ( table). Instead, you would see those objects available in the list of "available objects" in the query.

You can now drag and drop the newly added field to the table.

The newly added query object is not automatically added to an existing table in the report, you should manually add a column with the added object to the table after you run the query successfully.
