Activate ODS Object M Version

Hi All,

I loaded data to FI-AP ODS but the data is not active.

In the ODS setting it is not checked but still we can do activate manually.

I activate the ODS manually but it is giving message/logs - "Activate ODS Object M Version".

I checked it in SM37 and it is saying that,

- error getting SID for ODS object 0FIAP_O03.

- Task 0030 for parallel SID assignment terminated with errors

- Activation of data records from ODS object 0FIAP_O03 terminated

- Report RSODSACT1 ended with

errors

- Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Could you pls. help me to solve this issue...

Hi,

What are the messages in the detail tab of monitor? Probably you can find there indications on a particular erroneous record.

I didn't get any error message in monitor. when i activate ods forcebly then it is giving the below message.

Maybe the system says that the ODS itself is in M version?

Please check it and activate if necessary.

Hi!

if your ODS object is active go to RSRV and then check your ODS object and repair it.

Ashwin, I went to RSRV tcode. Can i enter my ODS and execute it?

i am little bit worrying because if something goes wrong then it is a problem for me..

can u pls. tell me detail procedure after going to rsrv tcode and how we can repair it?.

Hi!

yes first when you execute this it will check your ODS for SID problems. IF you find and in details you can find the messages after executuon. If you you find eny errors then click repair it will generally repair all the sids with problems. and then test again for errors to confirm your ODS is fine.
