ERROR: Syntax error in program CL_AI_CRM_OBJECT_API==========CP . (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Hello Dear experts,

I am configuring SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13.

In transaction Solman_workcenter-> Change Management -> Maintenance Optimizer -> NEW

I am getting the below short dump, could you please help me with this:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

hi

you sure you are working with SM 7.1 sp13???

in service market place I could see only SP12 is the latest release-

more over you need to finish all the solman_setup -> basic, system preparation and managed system comfiguration to get rid of this RABAX errors.

There are lots of notes also relased for SP12, which could be applied during the system preparation.

can you check and update again

I finished System preparation, Basic Configuration and Managed system configuration steps (below you can see).

I am also checked and applied some notes but I am still getting the error.
