500 internal Server Error

Hello,

i have this error when i try to connect sld. I can connect portal but i cant administartion and sld tab. I checked sldcheck transaction. it returned succesfull and sld is opened. but when i clicked sld tab on portal, it gives 500internal error?

Hi,

This means the server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Have a look into SAP Notes u2013 804124, 807000 for resolution....

Check if the user 'SLD_CL_PI7' is locked in trx SU01.

Please check the SLD at http://<host>:<port>/sld or http://<host>:<port>/index.html >> System landscape Directory
