This is a short blog for issues when launchpad can't load tiles.
Issues typically see following screenshot:
If you can exclude the authorization issue, please try following:
1. Logon Gateway system where launchpad deployed, enter Tcode: se38
2. Execute the program “/UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES" in execution mode
Then issue solved.
This issue often happens after any system status change (like resetting Fiori services / updating/upgrading Gateway systems) .
