IBP Data Integration App not Processing Data

Hi Experts,

we are facing issues when uploading master data into IBP via CPI-DS and Web UI integration.

Data Integration via CPI-DS

We are able to view the data in the target data store, the staging table,however CPI-DS is still executing post processing procedures to the IBP Instance and the tasks then fail in CPI-DS due to time lapses but remain in "processing" state in IBP data integration app.

Data Integration via Web UI

No data is being transferred to the core tables, the integration jobs have remained on "processing' for the passed few days. We executed a purge data import batches job and we still having the same problem.

Is there a possibility that something may be wrong with the Data Integration App or additional configuration required? If so, do you have any suggestions on how we can rectify this.

Hi,

There is a known issue around this topic.

If the integration jobs are still stuck, I recommend you to open an incident over SCM-IBP-JOB component to receive back-end assistance from SAP Support.

have you tried to upload via Data Integration App - this setting is related to the app.

I have tried that option too.

The data integration job status remains on 'processing' for a long time.

I made the changes in IBP as per your suggestion and ran a task through CPI-DS. The integration job is still taking a long time to process.

Hi Malebo,

today I had the same issue with a new system. All global configuration parameters were in sync with SAP Help, reactivating the planning area and the time profile haven't solved the issue.

Then I changed the global configuration parameter to "X" and the next data integration job finished successfully.

Hello Mahlako,

are you first time setting the IBP system and integrating the data or the data integration was working fine earlier and not working at the moment.

The "Data Integration jobs " app is working fine in 1911. I could remember there was issue post 1908 upgrade but post hotfix it was resolved.

You please check global configuration for Parameter Group: INTEGRATION and set them as per saphelp and try with excel upload. If the issue is urgent then raise an OSS message to SAP support or wait for resolution in this thread.

Hi Gaurab,

The global configurations are set as per SAP IBP Help recommendations, we are still having issues with moving data loaded from the staging tables to the core tables. We logged a support call with SAP about 2-3 days ago.
