An Issue while doing Customer Return Process

Hi,

I create delivery against return sales order. Delivery distribute to WMS System. However when I try to open delivery in EWM inbound delivery, I get a message. "No documents found"

I check document flow at VL33N. Returns delivery status is open. But I can not open in EWM. I don't understand why not opened delivery document in EWM.

How to I solve this issue? I had been activated BC Set /SCWM/DLV_INBOUND_RETURN, when I setting the customizing steps.

Note: Embedded EWM, 1909.

...check whether a number range does exist and is assigned to your EWM document type. EWM used to give the error with the assert condition also in case of missing NRs.

Thank you so much hendrikschultebahrenberg. Number range exist but as external. Then I changed the number range flag as internal. Problem solved.
