An Issue while doing Customer Return Process

Hi,

I create delivery against return sales order. Delivery distribute to WMS System. However when I try to open delivery in EWM inbound delivery, I get a message. "No documents found"

I check document flow at VL33N. Returns delivery status is open. But I can not open in EWM. I don't understand why not opened delivery document in EWM.

How to I solve this issue? I had been activated BC Set /SCWM/DLV_INBOUND_RETURN, when I setting the customizing steps.

Note: Embedded EWM, 1909.

Ya so this is the issue, please maintain item type for CBEN in EWM customization as shown in below path.

Once maintained reprocess the error in SMQ2, you will see the dlv in EWM.

ritesh.dube I have maintained and reprocessed. Then I checked SMQ2. I get the following error. "The ASSERT condition was violated".

During Inbound Delivery in VL01N, Shipping Point is 171R but when I save the delivery does not distribute. Thats why I change Shipping point as 171S then I save again. Delivery is distrubuted but this message occurs.
