Credential manager

Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation  to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous  attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.

I have completed my SAP Certification CRM Fundamentals with SAP CRM 7.0 EhP2 in March, but I still didn't receive the welcome mail for Credential Manager with login information.

I kindly ask for your help.

Hi Iva,

the account provided is ok - but I'm missing an Exam record to create an Account in CM.

Did you get a Certificate? If yes, could you provide the Certificate ID, please?
