Credential manager

Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation  to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous  attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.

Hello Harald,

In the mail I received, I haven't got any activation URL. The mail says that "Your account has been changed for the following certificate" but it does not contain any Activation URL.

Kindly help in activating my Credential Manager account.

I have an issue with credential manager.

I followed link "forget password" but after numerous attemps to reset my password, I haven't received any email from the system despite that the Credential Manager display "Account Recovery was succeful, please check your E-mail".

My S-User is S0010836319.

Hi Harald,

I have the same issue. Password recovery and account recovery options are not working. When I try these options I do see a success message saying an email is sent, however I have never received one.

I even dropped a note to [email protected], but no response.

Could you please help?

Note : I used to have access, but since passing delta certification, I can no longer login
