Credential manager

Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation  to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous  attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.

Hello Harald,

I am getting crazy trying to get the access to the SAP Credential Manager, I passed my certification exam last year but I do not receive the invitation, could you please help me?

My S-ID is (S0014385501) , do you need anything else?

Dear Rául,

Student Accounts are in our Systems without an e-mail maintained.

• this because they leave the Campus and the UserID

SAP Credential Manager is based on e-mail communication and we did not create your Account for that reason.

So if your are still studiying or are in a Job you should reach out to your nearest SAP Education to get a SAP Person ID (former S-User). Search on https://training.sap.com; set your country and you get an e-mail address in the footer on the page.

Call or write to them ask for a User ID. Mention your old ID and that your certificate needs to be transferred. Once that is done drop us an e-mail on [email protected] listing your new ID.
