Credential manager

Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation  to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous  attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.

I created my account in SAP Credential Manager (S001058483) in 2013, but I have lost the password, and the email of my account belongs to my previous company, so I can´t recover a new pass.

I need help to recover my account. I can log in Marketplace, SDN, but no in SAP Credential Manager.
