Credential manager

Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation  to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous  attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.

I received invitation from SAP Credentials Manager to activate my account, but after processing it nothing happend. Could you please help me to activate it: S0014193585.
