I scheduled a test today for C_SIGBT_2409 Certification but failed the test with score of 71, passing is 75. I need to reschedule a new test, this is urgent I need to do this before end of March 2025. But the exam appointment page showing my old appointment with a green clock and does not allow me to schedule new one. It shows a green clock instead of a calendar to pick new date. Appreciate your help!

Before scheduling please follow the below: We request you to please click on the exam appointments and then click on the exam dashboard and then click on the scheduled exam so that you will be able to view the calendar icon instead of the clock icon to schedule the exam.

It may take up to three hours since the start time of the original booking, before you can reschedule again.
In some cases, it may be necessary to clear cache and cookies, or try rescheduling from a different browser.

Regarding the set time that after failed test.
It’s best to wait at most 3 hours past the original booking start time.
Additionally, if you failed the same exam version for three times, it’s not possible to reschedule it.
You need to wait for next release.
