cannot reschedule test after a failed test

I scheduled a test today for C_SIGBT_2409 Certification but failed the test with score of 71, passing is 75. I need to reschedule a new test, this is urgent I need to do this before end of March 2025. But the exam appointment page showing my old appointment with a green clock and does not allow me to schedule new one. It shows a green clock instead of a calendar to pick new date. Appreciate your help!

Also I opened case at SAP Learning Self Service(s) and got a case ID but no one replied yet.

this looks like resolved, is there a set time that after failed test, how long is the wait to schedule another one?

I encountered the same problem, I failed the test on 26-Mar-2025, I still have a clock icon when I want to reschedule an new appointment.

It may take up to three hours since the start time of the original booking, before you can reschedule again.
In some cases, it may be necessary to clear cache and cookies, or try rescheduling from a different browser.

I try to reschedule from another browser like firefox,Quark ect ,but it still has a clock icon.I try to use my Ipad that has never logged into the websit before to reschedule,still the same.

Hi @Margit_Wagner ,It worked,I don't know why, but it can been rescheduled. It may be due to the reason that I entered through https://learning.sap.com/my-learning/certifications this address,and manage certifications ……
