Solution found. I had to put the UTC time zone in the revision date of the item instead of the time zone I can see in the system

tried with one sample directly into notepad but it still adding a 0

First I work on csv file and then I convert it to txt in Notepad

Thanks for your help. I changed the date and time format as suggested. I could then see the seconds of the item revision date. But it still does not work. The connector is still adding another "0" at the end of the revision date : Record to be Reject...
