Hi,
In waste management, not able to assign waste code to disposal document (HWM),
error massage 'waste code can not be assign'. -
You have assigned the waste code urea waste 123 to a waste approval or disposal document. However
this code does not come from a permitted waste catalog for the waste approval or disposal document.
Although i used only standard waste catalog 'EWC'. to create the waste code in waste workbench.
so please tell me, how to find / create standard waste catalog. so i can assign waste code to disposal document (HWM)
Thanks

Hi..!
You need to carry out this IMG activity,
Environment, Health and Safety->Waste Management->Master Data->Specify Waste Approval Types
In the dialog structure, you will see
"Waste Codes per waste Approval Type" & "Disposal Document Types per waste Approval"
For your approval type, "Waste Approval", maintain the Waste Catalog and disposal document Types for the above said entries.
Here maintain your Waste Catalog, "EWE"
Here you assign Disposal document type , "HWM"
Thanks & Regards

Hi Vishal..!
carry out this IMG activity,
Environment, Health and Safety->Waste Management->Disposal Documents->Permitted Number of Waste Codes per Disposal Document Type
In standard system, HWM is used for US Region. So by default "EPA" catalog is assigned to that. If you want to add 'EWC" also, add it here.
Thanks & Regards
