EHS Questionnaire

Hi all.

I need your help because i'm in trouble with my manager who doesn't know EH&S module and wants only answers.

I desire to know if you are able to give an answer to these following questions. You're my guru and my only way out....;-)

1) Is it possible to copy a questionnaire in order to modify the answers and at the same time tracks the historical modifies?

In other words a key-user will see the answers (to the same questions) that you have given in (for example) 22/07/2008 and in the line below the same questionnaire with the answers that you have given for example in 02/07/2010.

2) I know that it's possible to import a questionnaire automatically. But I want to know if is it possible to transfer also the answers. It could be very important for our customer. I don't find anything in Help SAP. Have you got an idea?

3) Last but not least is it possible to relate the same questionnaire to the 600 work area with one shot or I have to relate one by one?

Hello Marco,

1) I do not think it is possible, but please see report : S_SH8_72000033 - Evaluate Completed Questionnaires, for example, you can run this report for 22/07/2008 and then again for 02/07/2010 and manually compare this.

2) Questionnnaire can be printed and scanned back into the system with the answers. Please see SAP help topics : Printing Out Questionnaires for Completion and Transferring Data from a Scanned-In Questionnaire.

3) You need to assign the questionnaire to work area manually one by one.

Hello Niraj,

I am not able to edit questionnaire since the option edit questionnaire under the menu bar environment in t-code CBIH02 is not active. Is there any setting need to be done in SPRO or its an authorization issue. Please reply.
