EHS implementation

Hi Gurus, Our client wants to rollout EHS DG and PS to its Joint Venture companies in the same region. The basic idea would be only technical copy of the existing system. My question would be what are the activities need for rollout like any customizing, Template changes etc.. will there be any major activities involved for this roll out. Help is highly appreciated ..

Hi,

Inputs like the version, system size, Master data are required to analyze the issue. You need to re-configure some applications like WWI and GLM ( if required ). There are other criteria like interfaces ( eg: RFC connections ) and Integrations with SD and MM. A complete study of these pre requisites are required before going for a roll out or upgradation

Hello all

to my understanding you will do a copy of an existing SAP system which is EH&S enabled

If so you will change a lot in the SAP System (company code plants etc Additionally to what has ben explained there at least report shipment and if available eg. SAP EH& SVT is effected because of changes in org codes in SAP.

You should create first a list of functionalties which should be used in the new system. Then you are potentially able to analyse the effort in doing so (includin testss etc.)

You need additionlly further WWI servers etc.
