We are integrating RMK with an external 3rd party Career site vendor. So we post the job in RCM, it shows up in the client's Career site and when the candidate clicks apply he/she is directed to the RMK page to create an account and apply to the vacancy. RMK is only used for the application page, and will not be used as the main careers site/page of the client.
Question:
We have agencies recommending candidates that land in the forwarded status, however when we invite them to apply, the email token has the RMK job description link as well as the link to create an account/to generate the password. After they successfully generated the password and accepted the DPCS statement, they are redirected to the RMK search page.
How can we direct these candidates straight to the job application page instead or at least back to the career site page?
In projects where the client is using their own career page and not RMK, how is the invite to apply link solved?
