Recently we have been testing the New Applicant Workbench and ran into one snag that I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing. Our organization has a third-party background check vendor that we have had an integration set up with for about 5 years now. In the Legacy Applicant Workbench our background check portlet showed up in the application area upon the initiation of the request until the end of the process as a whole.
In the New Applicant Workbench, our portlet only remains during the Background Check Initiation status. Once we move the candidate forward to the next stage of the hiring process, the portlet disappears from the "Activity" tab of the New Applicant Workbench. This is causing issues for our HR teams as they are unable to see if the candidate has completed their portion of the background check unless they keep them in that status. This slows down the process for us as we also run verifications at the same time and can only initiate that process once the candidate is moved forward.
I was wondering if there was something that we need to update or have our implementation partner update in Provisioning. I cannot seem to find anyone else having this issue, so I was curious to see if there other customers experiencing this issue, or if this was a known issue with the New Applicant Workbench currently.
