Candidates in Onboarding Dashboard

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue on the visibility of candidates on the Onboarding Dashboard. As ONB Admin, I can see all the candidates. Our issue is for the visibility of HR. We observe the following:

1. The HR has a target population for all sites, so the expectation was HR will see all onboardees as well. However, this does not happen, they see less number.

2. In relation to #1, once the onboarding process is completed, the candidate will then disappear to the view of the HR in onboarding dashboard. This is critical since they need to access the generated documents in the dashboard even though the onboardee is already hired. This should be available as the onboarding archive is still not pass the archive days as well.

How are you setting the target population (which filter are you using to group them all) for all sites in the case of HRs? Are you sending those filter values from RCM to Onboarding? Do you have the same quantity and grouping nature of RBP Role Assignment rules for internal users (employees) and for external users (onboardees)?

Answer those questions and they will guide you to resolve your incident.
