New Hire missing in Onboarding Dashboard

Hi experts,

We are facing an issue about New Hire missing in Onboarding Dashboard after being initiated manually or from Recruiting? Btw, the New Hire in Onboarding shows Infinity:

Some business processes are unfinished in BPE Monitor Processes:

Could anyone kindly guide us how to perform the solution for this?

Any idea is highly appreciated.

Hi, have you found a solution? I'm facing similar issue - we added onboardee manually through Add New Recruit to Onboarding and probably because of it now we have "New Recruits (Infinity)", no errors in Business Process, no jobs in BPE, I'm also in BPE Service and SAP Error Flows and there is no info. Through Data Inspector I can see that this person has been assigned to proper manager, email has been sent but dashboard is not ok

Hi Vuong,

I will suggest to check what error message you are getting in BPE and check any data issue is there.

or may be check the RBP once if its refreshed recently.

Hi AM,

Thank for your advice. However, I cannot see Business Process in To-do list. I did check Upgrade Center and Provisioning and not found the setting for enabling Business Process error tile. 

And I am also in  permission groups OnboardingBPEServiceUser and SAP_ONB2_ErrorFlowAdmins in Dynamic groups

Are there any way to check the error log?

Hi AM,

I follow the KBA you sent but in our Provisioning, the is no Instance Synchronization.

I read another KBA saying that it should be upgraded in Upgrade Center but I could not find it either.

Do you know how to enable this?
