What structure do you use for your Job Classification Codes?
We are redesigning our codes, following is an example of the approach we are looking to take:
"PJM.PADM" (Project Administrator)
PJM stands for job family - Project Management
PADM is an abbreviation of the title - Project Administrator
Any guidance as to what you do at your organisation as well as any considerations we should make in the design of JCC's would be appreciated.
