What do you mean by "deleted the form"? Do you mean who withdrew or cancelled it? That information is stored in the "processes" table (name escapes me at the moment).....which has the status of all processes (even "withdrawn" as well as the ID of the person, date, and time of "change".
But curious of the need to audit this as it is pretty much auditing something that was never done....ie, a process that was never completed.
