EU working time Directive - recording opt out

Hi,

Please can you share how you record when people have signed to opt out of the EU working time directive - Working time directive

We are looking to start recording this in employee central and would like to know how others track it in their systems.

I know in SAP HCM there is an infotype with a check box for it, but I would like to know how it can be implemented in SuccessFactors Employee central. Do you have a text field, is it effective dated, etc.

You many find country specifc fields in globalinfo for this.
