Bonus Payout Details Export Option Missing in Variable Pay Executive Review

Hi All,

Bonus Payout Details Export Option is Missing in Variable Pay Executive Review, PFB. Only Bonus Payout Summary option is available.

When I checked In RBP permission Role under User Permission section, under Compensation Variable Pay Section, Executive Review Export - Variable Pay option is not visible/available/hidden. This might be the cause ? PFB last option what I see.

If Yes how do we enable Executive Review Export - Variable Pay option in RBP.

Do we have import format for Summary level then. Fields are not getting updated upon importing data. Any idea.

I believe it is not possible to import anything directly into the details, only to the summary level.
I will confirm with Product.

ashfak not sure but I have some ideas : what is the bonus calculation equation used for your template ? do you have business goal tied to bonus plans in your configuration? Does at least one user pulled in Executive Review have at least one assignment ?

2. No business Goals

3. Yes, assignment is pulled

ashfak I would try adding business goals. I have come across limitations there in the past (bonus detail export wouldn't show anything because no business goals - but I could see the button).

I can confirm that the Bonus Payout Details report requires the use of business goals and the business/company section. If the calculation being used is Base + Individual it's expected that you wouldn't get a detailed section.
