Variable Pay Executive Review

Hello Community,

We have noticed that when we export the executive review, there is not a way to distinguish if the extracted amount is in Functional currency, or not.

We noticed that the export follows the settings, that is, if we select Functional currency, the excel is in functional currency, and if we select Employee Local Currency, the excel is in local currency.

Is there a way to be able to make the distinction when exporting?

Thanks and regards,

Alekxia

Hi @aformisano

There is nothing that can be done about the behavior of Executive Review export, it is something we can change unless we edit our template configuration.

In my experience Executive Review always exports Money columns both in the local currency and next to it in the functional currency defined for the template.

What is the type of the column that follows the behavior you describe ? Can you share screenshots of that column in design worksheet as well as one of Design Worksheet > Plan Setup > Settings to make sure the template default setting is local-currency.

All the best

Xavier

Hello @xavierlegarrec ,

Thank you for your response.

Please find below system's screenshots:

And below the display of the column when exporting in local currency:

And when exporting in Functional currency:

Currency column is mapped with EC. Kindly note that in the Annual Salary column, it follows the export settings, but there is no way to distinguish the corresponding currency.

Thanks,

Alekxia
